Training and developing personnel is a major investment. It aims at integrating the theoretical studies into real life situations and to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the work place and to promote office and management skills. Without training, especially on the job training, output of personnel dwindles with time. Corporate training is therefore aimed at renewing and reviving the personnel to ensure that the maximum results are achieved.

The London College of Management Studies (LCMS) emphasizes learning as a lifelong activity. Our corporate training programmes are aimed at people who are in business, be it academic or non-academic or corporate. It offers Management Development Programmes (MDPs) of short duration on topical issues to further the education and managerial abilities f participants. The goal is to stimulate discussions and formulation of principles activated in the work place to boost productivity and organisational effectiveness.
