Dr B R Chakraborty
BSc in Management
Course Co-ordinator |
The
management of today’s
modern organisations is becoming
very complex. To excel in
the race of competition, an
organisation must have competent
and employable management
in place that will drive the
organisation to achieve its
prime objectives. Therefore,
surviving and retaining a
role in the management profession
requires a high degree of
creativity, innovation, employable
skills, business diplomacy
and appropriate visualisation.
Thus, this BSc management
offers a very structured and
comprehensive course package
that will equip business professionals
with a sound and in-depth
understanding of the nature
and processes of business
management. The programme
will also allow students to
develop and understand all
the necessary management skills,
competencies, theories, concepts,
processes and procedures in
diverse business disciplines.
Students will then be able
to work effectively in a management
capacity in all types of private,
public and non-profit sector
organisations worldwide by
applying their methodological
understanding into the practical
business environment.
This course is designed to
be strongly interactive; class
discussions, case analysis,
debates, presentations and
group work are all key elements
of the course.
