The importance of the effective management of an organisation's human resources is now recognised as a crucial factor to its success. This has lead to an ever-increasing demand for well-trained experts with professional qualifications specifically in this aspect of management. To meet this demand, ABE has now introduced a new Programme in HRM, comprising Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma level qualifications. The students who complete the ABE programme will find their HRM skills and their own personal marketability within the organisation enhanced, as well as their ability to progress to a degree and higher levels of qualification.
Subjects are common with those in the ABE Business Management programme that allows students to use passes in those subjects as part of the other qualifications.
