I am pleased to send a greeting to the London College of Management Studies on their second anniversary.

Over the last two years the college has achieved very impressive growth and now has two hundred and fifty students from over twenty five different countries studying at the college, all of whom, I am sure, appreciate the advantages of studying in Harrow.

I congratulate the College on this initiative, which is dedicated to the best interests of students and fully deserves the success achieved.

I look forward to meeting you at the celebrations on the 23rd November 2005.
