Dear Dr Jegatheesan,

I'm writing to congratulate the London College of Management Studies on its achievements in the last year.

I understand the college has enrolled students from around the world. These students contribute to the London Borough of Harrow, helping us to maintain our reputation of rich cultural diversity.

Local students have also enrolled at the college, obtaining sponsorship from UK organisations such as the Ministry of Defence.

I wish each of the college's 250 students every success in the future and congratulate them, and their lecturers, on their achievements this year.
