THE EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY OF LCMS
The educational philosophy of the London College of Management Studies emphasises the development of the individual within an imaginative and broadly based educational curriculum. The college thus views education as a partnership with students based on trust and commitment. We aim to offer a high and distinctive quality of education in a relaxed atmosphere where personal attention will be paid to the progress and welfare of all our students.

London is an internationally renowned centre of finance and information technology. Over the past decade the general concept of educational philosophy has changed and many types of educational establishments have developed to offer a variety of courses to overseas and home students. The British Government has opened up vast educational opportunities to foreign nationals through various joint initiatives. We believe that by providing an honest and maintained high quality teaching and learning environment LCMS can sustain a significant competitive advantage. Not all educational institutions are exploring the crucial factors to enhance individual knowledge and development. Our fundamental aim is to provide high quality and distinctive education at an affordable cost to students who are eager to learn and acquire qualifications, which will totally transform their career prospects

TEACHING AND LEARNING PHILOSOPHY OF LCMS
The overriding emphasis is that all students participate fully in all aspects of their course, and receive individual attention from their tutors as required. The college seeks to create and maintain a community of learners, qualified for the rigorous academic and professional demands of the programme and rich in experience and diversity.

The practiced teaching policy of the college is to have tailored programmes of study to create better understanding of the subject studied. The college continues to ensure that the student to teacher ratio is such as to achieve maximum pass rates. Our lecturing staff is made up of people who have graduated from many famous universities and people with qualifications from professional institutions. The strong and varied background of our lecturers enables us to maintain teaching of a very high standard on all courses.

This is the college responsibility to create a learning environment where students are actively encouraged to question, acquire specific cognitive information, evaluate alternative careers and lifestyles, values, attitude and beliefs, and to improve their communication skills. All lecturers attempt to be positive role models and maintain high ethical standards.
