BACKGROUND

The London College of Management Studies (LCMS) situated in Kenton, a suburb of the London Borough of Harrow, is an independent college which was founded in April 2004. The college started with a mission to provide quality, full-time internationally recognised courses for professional business administration, accounting, computing qualifications. and an interesting range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in management and business administration. 

LCMS thus views education as a partnership with students based on trust and commitment and aims to offer a high and distinctive quality education in a relaxed atmosphere where personal attention is paid to the progress and welfare of each individual student.

The College was established with the intent of providing the highest quality tuition both local and international students at affordable costs. Our aim is to achieve recognition, nationally and internationally as an educational establishment of distinction and value. The phenomenal growth of the College from inception to date is largely due to word of mouth recommendations made by those that have experienced the high quality service offered at LCMS. LCMS is a fast growing and highly innovative private College. It has achieved unprecedented growth and expansion and now proud to say here that we have a representation of a student body of over 400 who come from 39 countries of the world.

CREDIBILITY

LCMS is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) for Independent Further and Higher Education and recognised by the Border and Immigration Agency (BIA) as a bona fide private education institution.

Other accreditations include the Association of Business Executives (ABE) for all their programmes at all levels and City & Guilds qualifications in Health & Social Care. We have recently become a centre for the delivery of the Teacher Training and Related Qualifications (QTLS) of the Open College Network (OCNW) which will begin this summer. We are a Gold Approved partner of the ACCA and offer BSc Management and LLB under the University of London External Systems. Our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) are from a worldwide recognised Australian Institute of Business Administration (AIBA). Our Foundation degree programme is accredited by Thames Valley University after which students will be able to study at TVU.

LCMS is uniquely the only private college with its own research unit producing International peer reviewed scholarly Journal of Business and Retail management Research (JBRMR) can be visited at www.jbrmr.com.

Our teaching staff are highly experienced and educated experts with over 60% qualified to the  PhD/Doctorate level and with extensive research publications to their names.
